Shipping Policy

All orders will include tracking numbers. Please ensure your email address and shipping address are correctly entered when you order.


Shipping is available to most countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products are homemade and due to the nature of the product and its ingredients, we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds once your order has been placed.



If your item has been found to be incorrect or defective, you may return it for an exchange, but you still will have to pay return shipping. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase in order to receive a refund.

1. Please email with subject DERMA QUENCHERS REFUND to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

Exchange Exceptions

Items that have been completely used or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
